The majority beaches of Sifnos are found mainly in the southern and in the western part of the island. Most of them combine sandy beach, rocks and some of them pebbles. Access to the beaches is accomplished with asphalt roads and regular itineraries of buses take place. Apart from these beaches, other smaller exists too which are scattered in the hole perimeter of the island. The access in these is done mainly by foot or by boat and in certain cases by car.
